Pinova apple is a modern University variety from Germany with complex parentage involving Golden Delicious x Cox’s Orange Pippin x Duchess of Oldenburg. Pinova has good disease resistance and produces blemish free fruit that will store well until April if conditions are right. This variety is suitable for colder areas and organic growers.
