Description
Dabinett cider apple variety is probably the most famous and highly regarded of all the cider varieties. It is believed to have been named after a Mr Dabinett who found it growing in a hedge. It may be a seedling of another very highly esteemed variety ‘Chisel Jersey’. Dabinett is a very late flowering variety so can be recommended for frost pockets.
