Bulmers Norman started life as an unnamed variety imported from Normandy, France. It was developed by H.P. Bulmer & Co. Ltd, in Hereford, England. Bulmers Norman produces sweet apples with very high levels of bitter tannin, perfect for those who like a sweet, dry tipple.
